Hi, I’m Emily, I’m so glad you are here!

Emily Collier, LCMHC, Founder and Lead Therapist

I believe we are all far more resilient than we often give ourselves credit for. In fact, resilience is something I value so deeply that I have it tattooed as a daily reminder.

I've seen both personally and professionally that growth is possible, even after life's most difficult moments. That belief is at the heart of everything I do as a therapist.

My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable enough to be yourself, where you don't have to know exactly what to say, pretend you're okay, or worry about being judged. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and sometimes even includes laughter. We'll celebrate progress, and work through set backs together, and focus on helping you build a life that feels more connected, meaningful, and authentically yours.

Emily Collier-LCMHC- Child and Young Adult Therapist- Wild Ivy Psychotherapy

I have a particular interest in supporting children, teens, and young adults who experience anxiety, panic, obsessive-compulsive concerns, trauma-related stress, and behavioral challenges. This may look like frequent worry, big emotional reactions, difficulty managing fears or intrusive thoughts, challenges with transitions or routines, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer feel helpful.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming and opening up to someone new takes courage. I hope this little glimpse into my world, featuring my cat Lyla by my side, helps you feel a bit more at ease before we even meet.
